Dipper

A 'dipper' is a delicious blend of Italian herbs in 4 different flavours - Parmesan Blend, Tuscany Blend, Sicilian Blend en Rosa Maria which can be used instead of - for example - herb butter.

Suggestions on how to use Dipper:

  • Mix one teaspoon of Dipper with three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Dipper "swims" in the oil and the oil takes on the flavour of the herbs. Dip some French bread in the Dipper-oil and enjoy as an appetiser.
  • Mix Dipper with mayonnaise - lovely on some toast or with cucumber and carrots.
  • A dressing of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a tea spoon of your favourite Dipper tastes wonderful in a salad.
  • Add some Dipper to your lasagne or pasta sauce. Make your own secret recipe!
  • Marinate meat in a blend of Dipper and olive oil. The meat will become nicely flavoured and tender and you will find you don’t need to add any extra oil or butter when cooking.
  • To make a tasty vegetable pie, add some Dipper to a mixture of eggs and sour cream. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and bake the pie in the oven.
